BURRELCO

General Information

There are at the moment three BURRELCO companies, BURRELCO Netherlands, BURRELCO Russia, and BURRELCO Ukraine. The companies have their own identity and are registered in respectively Netherlands (Arnhem, Chamber of Commerce, nr 09108723), Russia (Moscow, State Registration Chamber at the Ministry of Justice of RF, nr 304) and Ukraine (Kyiv, Local State Administration of Podol district, nr. 03235). BURRELCO Netherlands was founded in November 1999, BURRELCO Russia and Ukraine were founded in March 2001. The companies were founded by B.J.(Ben) Maasman, who is also the owner.

BURRELCO Netherlands is located at Nijmegen, BURRELCO Russia at Yaroslavl and BURRELCO Ukraine at Kiev. The full name of the companies is BURRELCO Business Intermediate Netherlands, respectively Russia and Ukraine.

The BURRELCO companies, with their extensive knowledge and experience, guarantee an excellent execution of their activities and can be considered as a very reliable partner. Our objective is to get 100% satisfied customers.

Organization

The three BURRELCO companies have the same organization structure. A director who carries responsibility before the founder/owner for fulfillment of the obligations manages the operational activities. The owner isn't operational active, but outlines together with the director the strategy and policy. He acts where necessary and possible as an advisor and consultant and controls the operations of the company. He supports where necessary and possible the sales and marketing activities. The BURRELCO companies have a director out of the country, where the company is registered. The employees will come essentially out of the country, where the company is located.

The communication within the companies will be carried on in the language where the company is located or in English. The communication between the owner and the director and employees will be in English.

Part-time or external local specialists will execute the administrative, juridical, taxational, accountancy, and other necessary functions. The execution of the main activities will be done by employees of the company and, if necessary, by carefully selected external specialists.

The BURRELCO companies have in Russia, Ukraine, and other CIS-countries in several cities and industrial regions carefully selected contact persons, who, either work for the companies, or will be contracted on part-time basis.

Ben Maasman

The founder/owner of the BURRELCO companies, Ben Maasman, has been studied in a Dutch technical and economical university and attended besides several specialized technical and management courses, trainings, and seminars.

He has been working for more than 25 years as specialist and manager for several national and international oriented companies in the field of information technology, energy, building- and installation-industry, industrial production, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, and coating industry. The last period as a senior executive manager of a big Dutch multinational company working in mainly the chemical and pharmaceutical process industry.

Temporarily he is also the director of BURRELCO Netherlands. This function is still vacant, but will be soon employed by a person with the Dutch nationality, but originally coming from Russia.

Yulia Zaitseva

The director of BURRELCO Russia, Yulia Zaitseva, graduated of the university of Yaroslavl, the Foreign language Department with the Honors Degree. But willing to continue her education for self-development and better future career, Yulia entered International Management Academy of Archangelsk, where she has completed the full program of Economic studies with specialization in management.

During the student years Yulia Zaitseva started her career as the English language teacher and continued as the manager of the very successful English language courses.

After finishing her language studies at the university she has been working as a university English teacher. Within the last few years Yulia has been working for several companies in Yaroslavl in responsible functions as well. In this role she has acquired good business experience.

Oleg Vynokurov

The executive director of BURRELCO Ukraine, Oleg Vynokurov, received his MBA in International Investment Management from the Kiev National University of Economics, the department of international economics and law in 1998. He has also completed the full programme with the division of management accounting and finance, Newcastle business school, the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, U.K., where in 1999 he received his BA (Hons) International Finance and Acounting.

During his student years Oleg Vynokurov started his carrier as a business researcher with well known Ukrainian English language newspaper Kyiv Post.

After his 4th year of studying he spent 3 months working as an administrative assistant for Baudard Voyages company in Paris, France. After earning his university degrees Oleg Vynokurov joined the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an information assistant in 1998. In this role he has gained a sound experience in business intermediate services, especially exploring international business opportunities. Later he was granted a first class adviser status and was promoted to a business and investment promotion officer position.

Oleg Vynokurov has worked closely with BURRELCO since its very first steps in Ukrainian market. He was personally overseeing BURRELCO Ukraine registration process and got his credits aggressively promoting the company business to the local market. BURRELCO Ukraine has secured its financial position choosing respectful Dutch originated "ING Bank Ukraine" for its financial matters.

Cooperation

The BURRELCO companies are working closely together in the execution of projects, the delivering of products and services, giving of advice, giving of services, etc. The "local" knowledge and experience is of great importance for a careful and good running execution of these international activities between countries in Western Europe and Russia, Ukraine and the other CIS countries.

Financial transactions can pass off safely and guaranteed in Russia and Ukraine by using the banks of the local BURRELCO companies.

The extensive network of contact persons in several cities and regions is also of evident importance for an adaptable execution of the activities. The BURRELCO companies are also working closely together with carefully selected local people and companies in several regions.

The BURRELCO companies have built up good contacts with local, regional, and central governmental bodies and other organizations like Chambers of Commerce, city and regional administrations, etc.
